Ribose and Caffeine

I usually start my day with a small dose of caffeine and ribose. After a caff tablet and a capsule of ribose, I eat breakfast, and don't need much of anything else until lunch time.
My daily combo: ribose and arginine.
If you haven't tried these two supplements, I think you should give them a shot. They're amazing for energy, circulation, and libido.

Urbano's New Blog For translation and Supplement Questions

Dear reader,
My name is Urbano. I teach English as a second language in Buffalo, New York. I am also an experienced translator. In addition, I am a health and exercise enthusiast. I take different natural supplements and vitamins every day. I have come to know those supplements that really work after a long period of trial and error, which you can avoid if you ask me for advice.

I am willing to answer questions about difficult translations from Spanish into English or vice versa such as words and short phrases for free. Please be advised that longer texts may be subject to negotiation.

I invite you to follow my posts and share your experiences with me.

 Sincerely,

Urbano Canizares
