Cayenne pepper has
traditionally been used as a remedy for many ailments. I have found it
particularly useful for the relief of chest pains, and improvement of
blood circulation.
If you are concerned about your cardiovascular health, I suggest taking
half a teaspoonful of cayenne. You can also take it before engaging in
strenuous exercise or sexual activity. It will help prevent any cardiovascular
accident. Most importantly, if you have such an accident, or someone near you
does, a small amount of this substance could save their life.
Finally, cayenne pepper in very small
quantities is part of the regular diet of millions of people. I think it is
logical that we should use it to improve our health and prevent accidents.
